Overview
Tilehouse Street Pre-School is a long established Pre-School which opened in 1968.
We are situated within the heart of Hitchin, close to the town centre, our sessions
are held at Tilehouse Street Baptist Church.
Currently we are registered to take up to 24 children per session from the age of 2½ years to 5 years. 
Our aim is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which children are given
the opportunity to develop to their full potential at their own individual pace, with our encouragement.
We are members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and have been
awarded the Herts Quality Standard Award.
We are regulated by Ofsted and our latest report March 2011 can be viewed online.
